Quick responses for missed calls
You can politely decline a phone call in Android while at the same time leave a message to the caller using Quick Response feature. You still can use a Missed Call Auto Reply Apps but this is worth a try. Navigate to Settings>>Call Settings>>Quick Response. You can write more that 300 characters. You can edit the existing responses and set it.
The feature is real quick and can be done only in two steps.
- During the incoming call, you need to simply drag the circle up to the messaging icon and let go.
- There will be a prompt to select one of the predefined responses. Tapping on the desired reply will decline the call and also immediately send a message to the caller.
Find your lost Android Phone back
While the password-protection is one of the cool features, it also cuts your chances of getting a lost phone back. If your phone goes missing and someone finds it, they will have no way to contact you. However, there is a feature by which you can show some basic contact information up on your home screen even when the screen is locked.
Navigate to Settings>>Security & Screen Lock>>Owner Info, type the information that you think would be helpful for someone who found your phone to know. We would recommend setting an email address, an alternate phone number, or family member/friend’s cellphone should be enough to help you get in contact.
